I possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Administration acquired from University of Phoenix. I am also a certified TEFL teacher teaching both Advanced English as well as Business English. My teaching experience was when I worked for a company in Taiwan (DMA2). It was strictly conversational English working with adults on-line one-to one. I enjoyed that tremendously as I learned not only culture but day-to-day real-life work experience that my students performed on a daily basis. I was a teacher/tutor for for 2 years. The certificates I possess from TEFL Institute are the following: 30 Hours IELTS Preparation Qualification, 30 Hours TEFL on-line course certificate, 120 Hour Advanced English certificate, and 30 hours Teaching Business English.

I am excited to offer my services to teach Business English as well as General English. I bring over 30 years of professional experience in the international travel industry, where I worked across cultures and developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Having lived abroad, I understand cultural diversity and use this to connect with students and create engaging, practical lessons. Helping learners gain confidence in real-life communication, whether for everyday use or professional success is essential in today’s environment. I would love the chance to teach English and help them gain the confidence in communication. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my passion for teaching and cultural experience to students; tailoring lessons to meet their needs.
