I take pride in helping neurodivergent students build both academic skills and self-esteem.
Common Core

Common Core

Having taught Common Core in the classroom for many years, I have the experience necessary to teach these standards in ways that allow students to shine. Common core is a shift in the way the material is taught but it is not so completely foreign learning. We are showing students multiple ways to solve problems and reach conclusions instead of just having one single path to the right answer. These allow students to find tools and strategies that work for them.

Always patient. Always kind.

It's difficult to keep our Ian interested in any thing but Ms. TS does. He always looks forward to their weekly sessions and is sad if he misses one. Thanks Ms. TS. You are wonderful to treat our Ian with the same love we do.

Fantastic tutor for neurodivergent kids!

Rogina (“Ms TS”) has been working with my 12 year old daughter twice a week for the past few months. She is a phenomenal teacher me I feel so lucky that we found her. This is our first year homeschooling, and we are in the process of detoxing from school and finding our rhythm. Rogina has capitalized on my daughter's current special interests and is working with her to find ways to incorporate learning into her interests in a way that develops curiosity and a true love of learning.

Fantastic tutor for neurodivergent kids!

Rogina has done two sessions with my 12 year old daughter so far, and I am already so impressed with her approach! This is our first year homeschooling, and we are in the process of detoxing from school and finding our rhythm. As an AuDHDer, my daughter has been resistant to traditional curriculum, so we decided to find a tutor to help with math and science. Rogina has capitalized on my daughter's current special interests and is working with her to find ways to incorporate learning into her interests in a way that develops curiosity and a true love of learning.
