I recently graduated from high school with an 4.0 GPA, and have always had a passion for working with children and helping them succeed academically. While I do not hold a degree yet, my educational background has given me a strong foundation in core subjects such as reading, writing, and math, which I enjoy sharing with younger students. I am in the process of getting a certification for education.Throughout my own schooling, I often found myself helping classmates understand assignments, explaining concepts in different ways until they felt confident. This experience showed me how much I enjoy breaking material down into simple, easy-to-follow steps.

Outside of school, I have had experience helping children in my community with their homework, particularly in elementary and middle school levels. I focus on being patient and encouraging, and I believe that building a child’s confidence is just as important as helping them get the right answer. I use a supportive, step-by-step approach, making sure students feel comfortable asking questions and celebrating their progress as they improve. My outgoing personality allows me to connect with kids quickly, and I try to keep learning engaging and fun rather than overwhelming.

I am eager to bring my energy and dedication into tutoring because I know that every child learns in their own way. My goal is to meet each student where they are, listen to their needs, and adapt my approach to what works best for them. Whether it’s practicing reading skills, tackling math problems, or staying organized with homework, I am committed to creating a positive and encouraging environment that helps children build skills and confidence they can carry forward into the classroom and beyond.
