Hello! My name is Paige. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelors degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. In college and throughout my field studies, I noticed it wasn’t the overall classroom experience that I enjoyed most. Instead, it was the one on one time I got with students to further discuss a subject. This individual time with students is precious and a catalyst for the students outlook on a subject. Having a positive experience with a subject early on in your education can seriously affect a students academic future.
I strive to give each student I work with the one on one time tailored to their needs. Whether that’s working through difficult problems or fueling a love for a subject by providing additional information.
I have tutored and taught in a multitude of settings including teaching English in a bilingual school in Cuenca Ecuador, 4+ years of experience with children ages three to eight years in a typical classroom setting as well as three years experience providing behavioral therapy for individuals with autism as a Registered Behavioral Technician.
I have a wealth of knowledge about early childhood development and milestones. I am extremely easy to connect and love every learning opportunity. If you feel like I would be a good match, please reach out! Thank you!
