Encouraging and Patient! Knowledgeable and Considerate! The Best Japanese Tutor!
After our first introductory session, Saya-sensei completely tailored each subsequent lesson to smoothly accommodate my interests while helping me to pursue my goals. Saya-sensei is also very encouraging and provides me with homework specifically aimed towards the things I want to practice more of, for e.g particles and kanji. Having someone to practice conversations with is of course critical, but Saya-sensei is also knowledgeable enough to answer questions on the nuances of one word or another, or what the 'keigo' version of a sentence might be. I went from being nervous about my first session to looking forward to each one which I can only credit to the skill, expertise and consideration of my tutor. Thank you, sensei!
