Teaching has been a wonderful experience overall. Students are engaged, implementing a variety of learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile) according to the learning needs. Every student is unique and has their strengths when it comes to learning.

Teaching has been a wonderful experience overall. Students are engaged, implementing a variety of learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile) according to the learning needs. Every student is unique and has their strengths when it comes to learning.
I've been teaching students with disabilities for more than 10 years from Kindergarten to High School level. I have worked with students in a small group setting in the subjects of reading, writing, and math. As I present my lessons students begin to gain confidence when providing positive reinforcement, identifying their strengths when teaching and taking into consideration their feedback.
I enjoy learning through my students' strengths. Everyone has their weakness but that weakness can become strengths when learning is rewarding. I welcome any suggestions or questions students or parents may have. Please feel free to get in contact with me and we can schedule a lesson.
