Born and raised in India, yoga, pranayama, and meditation have been an integral part of my daily life since childhood — both at home and in school. The ancient practices I grew up with continue to inspire and ground me every day.
I am an E-RYT certified (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with over 15 years of teaching and volunteer experience across the USA. My yoga journey has led me through multiple yoga studios, immersive retreats, and community wellness events. I’ve also had the honor of serving as a lead teacher trainer for several Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programs, mentoring and guiding many aspiring yoga teachers along their paths.
In my classes, I emphasize conscious movement through asanas (postures), awareness of breath through pranayama (breathing techniques), and inner awareness through meditation.
