Born and raised in India, yoga, pranayama, and meditation have been an integral part of my daily life since childhood — both at home and in school. The ancient practices I grew up with continue to inspire and ground me every day.

Born and raised in India, yoga, pranayama, and meditation have been an integral part of my daily life since childhood — both at home and in school. The ancient practices I grew up with continue to inspire and ground me every day.
I am an E-RYT certified (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with over 15 years of teaching and volunteer experience across the USA. My yoga journey has led me through multiple yoga studios, immersive retreats, and community wellness events. I’ve also had the honor of serving as a lead teacher trainer for several Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programs, mentoring and guiding many aspiring yoga teachers along their paths.
Alongside teaching yoga, I have spent years deepening my personal meditation practice and guiding students in mindfulness and meditation techniques to cultivate mental stillness and emotional balance. Whether through guided meditation, breath awareness, or silent sitting, I emphasize meditation as a powerful tool for inner transformation — complementing the physical and spiritual benefits of yoga. I see myself as a lifelong student of yoga and of life, continuously learning and evolving through every class I teach and every soul I meet. My passion lies in sharing the profound benefits of yoga, pranayama, and meditation — guiding my students to discover balance between mind, body, and spirit.
In my classes, I emphasize conscious movement through asanas (postures), awareness of breath through pranayama (breathing techniques), and inner awareness through meditation. I believe that when we move, breathe, and sit in stillness with intention, we unlock deeper layers of strength, clarity, and peace within ourselves.
