Hello and welcome all! My name is IsaBella and I have a passion for teaching English. I have been tutoring and working with students for 5+ years. Four of those years I dedicated myself to studying education at Grand Canyon University, giving me over 150 hours of experience in a classroom and a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education for English. Through my years of experience, I have found some of the brightest moments are when students grasp that understanding of a topic and apply it on their own.
I have been involved in the world of teaching for a while now and plan to continue to build up my career as a life-long educator. As an English teacher and tutor, I am dedicated to bringing to life the works of literature and writing. The students who I have worked with range from 6th to 10th grade. I usually tutor with a well-rounded approach, applying writing, reading comprehension, and grammar to each lesson. If a student needs a focused approach in one area, I will curate my lessons to include more of that area while still including all of the elements of English. Often times students will have questions on homework or test prep areas, and I love to answer these with the students! As I continue to teach, influence, and encourage students, I hope to make an impact not just in the moments of tutoring, but for many years to come.
