Hi, I’m Daniel. If you’re struggling to start a research paper, narrow down a topic, find reliable sources, or organize your ideas, I can help you break the assignment into manageable steps and make real progress.

I’m an academic librarian and educator with a Master of Library and Information Science, a master’s degree in history, and more than 15 years of experience in higher education. My work centers on helping students become stronger researchers, writers, and critical thinkers.

I can help you understand your assignment, develop a research question, locate and evaluate credible sources, build an argument, organize your paper, and revise your writing. I also work with students on citations, study skills, Microsoft Word, and the practical academic skills that make college assignments less overwhelming.

For history students, I can help with American history, world history, European history, primary sources, historical interpretation, and research-based writing. Rather than treating history as a list of facts to memorize, I help students understand context, recognize connections, and explain how evidence supports an argument.

My approach is patient, practical, and focused on the work in front of you. Whether you are facing your first college research paper, preparing for a history exam, or working through a longer thesis project, we can identify what is giving you trouble and develop a clear plan.

Send me a message with your assignment, topic, or course, and tell me where you are getting stuck. We’ll figure out the next step together.
