Working in accounting and business for over 20 years, I have found that my passion is to help coach and develop others for success. I recently attended the Wharton Leadership program at the University of Philadelphia- through the Stonier Graduate school of Banking, continuing to develop myself in various areas. I have tutored accounting students and had several students job shadow and spend a few days in the office with me. I believe in helping students learn by helping them understand how what they are learning would be applied to a real life situation- beyond just the theory of the work. I am also currently mentoring two students through distance learning who are in their last (third) year of the Stonier graduate school of banking program working through their Capstone projects.
