She helps with the struggle of not remembering Chemistry from 4 years ago and never makes you feel like "you should know this". She shows how to do the work and any shortcuts, but only if you feel comfortable using the shortcuts. She relates the problems and similar problems to real world events.
As a tutor, I love seeing my students progress from being lost or frustrated in their course to saying "I can do this!" I believe chemistry should be fun. But personal experience has also shown me the feeling of being stuck in a downward spiral. The struggle to master concepts causes frustration and anxiety, destroying their self-confidence and interest, which in turn makes learning even more difficult. Helping My Son Finish Chemistry
Anne is helping my son to finish an online, Honors Chemistry class. We homeschool and needed a tutor to help him. Anne has been great. My son enjoys the sessions, which began last year. Once he's done, he will have completed two years of Honors Chemistry and we are grateful for Anne's guidance and teaching. I'm glad I found her.
