I recently graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Computer Science and a minor in Art, and I'll be joining Deloitte this fall as an incoming Data and AI Solutions Engineer.

My tutoring experience began with CovEd, where I spent a year tutoring middle schoolers in math and introductory computer science while also serving on the executive board. I then tutored SAT math with Lime Tutoring, focusing on both content mastery and test-taking strategy for students preparing for exam day. I'm also currently a tutor on Ringle, where I've logged 20+ hours of tutoring experience. Across all of these roles, I've learned how to meet students where they are, whether that means breaking down abstract concepts for a younger learner or working through pacing and confidence for a student facing a big exam.

I've joined Wyzant to help beginner and intermediate programmers with their computer science learning. Beyond tutoring, my technical background is rooted in real projects rather than just coursework. I co-founded a startup called Roombee, where I built and launched an iOS app using Swift, Xcode, and MVVM architecture. I have also won Best Technology at the Northwestern University annual hackathon for an app I developed in 24 hours. Since then, I've built several fullstack applications that have given me hands-on experience with AWS and SQL on the backend, React and Electron.js on the frontend, and JavaScript, Python, C, and HTML throughout, along with integrating a variety of APIs into my projects. Because I've gone through the process of job hunting, interviewing, and now transitioning into a tech and consulting career at Deloitte, I'm also happy to offer guidance to students interested in breaking into tech or consulting, from resume feedback to interview prep to just talking through career paths.

I've gone through interviews at companies like Oliver Wyman, Deloitte, and early-stage Palo Alto startups, which gave me experience with technical, behavioral, and case interviews across different environments. I've also navigated recruiting with Google, Figma, and Nintendo, so I know what it takes to make it past those early screening stages and the value of a referral. I was also a 2025 Grace Hopper attendee and I can offer valuable advice on how to take advantage of tech job fairs. And as a former exec board member of Northwestern's Women in Computing, I've spent a lot of time helping women and underrepresented students figure out how to break into tech. I'd love to help you figure out how to stand out to your dream company too!

I graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Computer Science and will be joining Deloitte this fall as a Data and AI Solutions Engineer. My hands-on experience spans building fullstack applications, including an iOS app I developed for a startup I co-founded using Swift and MVVM architecture, along with projects using React, Electron.js, AWS, and SQL. I focus on helping beginner and intermediate programmers build strong fundamentals and a foundation in systems design, whether that's understanding core programming logic, debugging effectively, or working through data structures and algorithms. I tailor each session to how the student learns best, often walking through real code and real-world examples rather than just theory.
