Prior to my current role, I worked as a middle school librarian paraprofessional, where I supported students academically and tutored eighth graders in English Language Arts and Math. I’ve developed and delivered lessons across multiple grade levels, collaborated closely with teachers, and designed materials to support diverse learning styles.
In addition to my professional qualifications, I’m a mother of five boys and have extensive personal and professional experience supporting students with ADHD and children on the autism spectrum. My work in schools and my life at home have given me a deep sense of empathy, patience, and adaptability. I understand how important structure, routine, and clear communication are in helping children stay regulated and engaged. Whether I’m working one-on-one or in small group settings, I focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where every student feels seen, valued, and capable.
