Most of my experience is in reading, phonics, writing, and elementary math. I know that every student learns differently, so I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Some students need extra practice, some need concepts explained in a different way, and others just need someone who believes in them. My goal is to create a relaxed, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and aren't afraid to make mistakes. That's often when the best learning happens.
As a classroom teacher, I've worked with students at all different ability levels, from those who need extra support to those who are ready for more of a challenge.
