Hi, I'm Mrs. Lynn.
I am so happy to be able to assist your child in this online format! Not only do I tutor reading, math and science, I am able prepare your student for state testing and other rigorous exams. I can administer assessments so that both learners and parents will know what specific objectives need to be addressed for the test. During tutoring, I use curriculum style materials. However, I've found that students also enjoy learning using popular text, escape rooms and being an active participant in a discussion. I make it a point to listen to the student and include him or her in the decision-making process on his or her road to learning success.

My educational background includes an Ed.S in Curriculum and Instruction, a M.Ed in Education and Technology and a B.S degree in Exceptional Child. I am certified to teach PreK to 6th grade, and Special Education K-12.

I have taught for over 14 years in public and private schools, as well as homeschooled my 4 children.

I am passionate about helping each learner to achieve his or her educational goals.
