Since I was a child the world has been such a mystery to me! A mystery in the sense that I question all I can and want to know how everything works. I go about everyday carrying the sentiment that life grants us an opportunity to learn, teach and then learn some more! I feel as though my purpose on this earth is to live the fullest while soaking up as much knowledge as possible. Also, I feel a deep responsibility to make sure every person has access to that same knowledge.

I truly have a love for science. I have tutored general chemistry, biochemistry and organic chemistry to professional collegiate students in Doctor of Pharmacy programs as well as primary/secondary students of younger age. While receiving my Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing one of my professors instilled in me a love for learning and why it would be so beneficial in life. I worked as a cardiac ICU nurse for several years and used many skill sets and knowledge bases taught via that professor. I now am attending the pharmacy program at Samford University and have built extensively on my science, math and test preparation foundations allowing me to help even more people from all walks of life and this brings me much joy. I have tutored elementary aged, middle/transitional aged, high school aged and college students in the following: algebra, precalculus, geometry, calculus, statistics, general chemistry, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, biopharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, pharmacotherapeutics, general science, anatomy, physiology and a host of other subjects. I love to help people realize that inside them lies the ability to understand and do great things. I feel tutoring is one of the best ways of achieving this. I truly devote myself to those I am with and can adjust or modify my tutoring style for the individual. I would love to help with any issue that is being faced and can promise a respectful and caring attitude on my part.

I have copies of important American documents including the Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, Constitution and many commentaries by the founding fathers. I know American History reaches further back, though, than the previous 3 centuries. I have extensive knowledge of the native country dating from exploration of early viking explorers, initial settlement of Western European sailors up until the present day. My SAT social studies score was high percentile and it has been a hobby of mine to know our history for as long as I can remember.
