Hello! My name is Dr. Gordon Miller, and I hold a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from Baylor University. Over the past decade, I’ve taught and mentored students in Strategic Management, Business Entrepreneurship, and Principles of Management, helping them connect business concepts to real-world outcomes. I’ve taught at the college level, consulted with small businesses, and designed learning experiences that help students develop both confidence and capability in business thinking.

My teaching approach is student-driven and practical. I believe students learn best when they find value in what they’re studying, so I work to link course material to each learner’s goals, interests, and experiences. I blend discussion-based methods, real-world cases, and strategic frameworks to help students synthesize complex ideas. I intentionally calibrate challenge and support, ensuring each session builds confidence while encouraging intellectual stretch.
