There's a lot of work, and understanding that is involved in keeping our air space as a safe place fly. You can spend your whole life learning new things about ATC. The scope of my training will revolve around preparing students for the off the street academy. I will teach ATC Basics, Aircraft types, categories and performances, as well as prepare students to feel, and sound confident on the radio. Much of ATC is about knowing the Phraseology readily, knowing the rules, knowing different techniques, and most importantly using anticipation, and situational awareness to stay ahead of situations. I cannot guarantee success, but I can promise that I can provide a leg up in the dawn of your new career.
