I have a BS degree in Elementary Education. A MS degree in Elementary Curriculum and an Educational Specialist degree.

I am a certified teacher with 20 years experience. I specialize in reading and math K-6. I’m offering tutoring services. I have a proven track record. This is my passion! I help students who are falling behind and those who would like to be accelerated in learning to stay above their class! I can teach online or on one one lessons for only $50 per session!

I’m an avid reader. I believe reading is the most important skill to learn. Reading is not just words on a page. Reading guides you through life. It’s entertaining, informative and as long as a person understands what they are reading , they are capable of anything.

I also offer adult reading lessons if you know someone who struggles to read.

I’m certified to teach Pre-Kindergarten thru 8th grade. Elementary math.

Also certified K-8 in English and Reading. I have an endorsement to teach adult reading skills.

I specialize in teaching younger students phonics. I’ve had tremendous success teaching students as young as 3 years old. But, I also start adult readers with phonics.

As I stated above, I’m passionate about reading. I can teach starting with phonics and work up to comprehension. Inferences and vocabulary are also major parts of reading that are extremely important to reading. I can start at any level the reader is having difficulty with and show improvement fairly soon.
