If you are studying hard, retaking, and watching your score sit in the same place, you are my ideal student. What I care about is securing you a full scholarship. A few points above a school’s median is often the difference between paying sticker price and a scholarship.

My own first practice test was a 138. I scored a 171 on the official exam and used it to attend the University of Alabama School of Law on a full scholarship. I have tutored the LSAT for 6 years, working one on one with over 30 students, most of them adults retaking while working full time. I also mentored applicants at Service to School, a nonprofit serving veterans, where people I worked with earned more than two million dollars in combined scholarship offers. This test came hard to me, so I had to build a system to get through it, and that system is what I hand you.

Most students who are stuck are already working hard. They are grinding through hundreds of pages of theory that never converts into points. We start with understanding where you are leaving points on the table, and branch out from there to teach you a system that gets you to your dream score. Each section has a repeatable set of patterns that you can recognize under time pressure, and use to your advantage.

Before you book anything, I will do a free 20 minute lesson with you. If your score has flatlined, message me your last practice test score and let’s get the ball rolling on your career as a successful attorney!

LSAT

Scored 171 on the official LSAT, which is roughly the 97th–98th percentile. I started at 138 on my first diagnostic, so I've worked through every stage of the curve myself: the early confusion, the mid-150s plateau, and the grind out of the 160s. JD from the University of Alabama School of Law, attended on a full-tuition scholarship I earned largely on the strength of that score. I've also mentored law school applicants through Service to School. The students I worked with received over $2M in combined scholarship offers. That work covered LSAT strategy, school selection, and personal statements, so I understand how a score turns into admissions results and money, not just a number on a report. How I teach: I focus on finding the specific reasoning errors a student repeats and drilling those, rather than assigning more practice tests and hoping the score moves.
