I was born and raised into the Deaf community. In fact, American Sign Language was my first language. Being the oldest, I naturally became my family's interpreter. I never did mind, though. I love everything about the Deaf culture that I grew up in. I have been sharing my knowledge and experiences in the culture and language since I was a freshman in high school.

I've taught groups in churches, colleges, staffs in businesses and corporations. I also teach ASL individually for students who do not like a group setting. Lastly, I have mentored students and helped them become sign language interpreters.
Today, I own an interpreting agency and teach American Sign Language internationally. No matter the situation or what life brings me, my love for Deaf culture and Sign Languages will never cease. It is what wakes me up in the morning and it brings me joy to teach others my first language.
