Hello! My name is Bradey. I graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration, majoring in Finance with a minor in Real Estate. Shortly after graduating, I obtained my real estate salesperson license and have been working in property management for the past two years.
In my role, I analyze potential investment properties, handle small IT responsibilities, and support community managers across our portfolio. Because our company has historically operated with very low-tech systems, I’ve gained valuable experience training and teaching team members how to use new technology effectively. I’ve successfully implemented automation processes across 25+ properties, patiently walking each team member through the setup and usage one-on-one until they could confidently handle it on their own. I bring that same patience, clarity, and practical approach to every student.
I am especially strong in teaching Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel). I can also help with Real Estate and Finance, drawing directly from my education and daily professional experience in the field.
In my free time, I’m deeply involved in football. I played offensive line (primarily center) for 10 years and continue to study the game closely. I enjoy teaching younger athletes the fundamentals of football, including rules, safety, offensive line strategy, footwork, defensive front identification, and proper snapping technique for centers.
I’m passionate about helping students build real-world skills and confidence. If you're looking for a patient, practical, and knowledgeable guide in these areas, I’d love to work with you!

Approved Subjects

Finance

Finance

In 2024 I graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in finance. I have since used the knowledge I have gained to evaluate potential real estate investments at the company I work for. I also manage my own brokerage account and I have therefore been using the information I learned in school to make the right decisions for myself.
Football

Football

From third grade to my senior year of high school I played football. I spent all of those years playing on the offensive line mostly at center so I know how to snap the ball. In addition to this I also played some reps at the other positions on the line so I am familiar with the typical responsibilities of each position for each blocking scheme in addition to identifying the defensive fronts that would affect each man's responsibilities on the line. I also spend most of my free time doing something football related whether its watching football, getting the news on it, looking at highlights, having conversations about it, or giving advice to my younger family members playing high school football because of this I am very knowledgeable on the rules, history, and current state of the game including the strategy behind it especially from the offensive side of the ball.
Machine Learning/ AI

Machine Learning/ AI

AI didn't come along in time to help me in school but now I use it daily in work and at home. I frequently use AI to help brainstorm solutions for daily problems at work and assist in my productivity. In April 2026 I attended the IREM Property-Con in Austin, Texas where I went to seminars on AI and how it can be used in real estate and as a whole because AI will most likely be a big deal not just in real estate but almost every profession out there. I am currently in the process of implementing more AI uses for the company I work for because AI will not replace people but people who don't use AI might get replaced by people who use it and the same goes for businesses that use AI and those that don't.
Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365

In addition to my real estate responsibilities at work I am also in charge of our computer, internet, and phone needs. We have been using Microsoft 365 for about a year now and it has been my job to learn how to use all of the tools Microsoft 365 has to offer and implement them across our many properties. I have each property set up on SharePoint which has been a game changer for sharing documents and automating the transfer of certain files from one person to another. I have had to individually teach each property how to do certain things and walk them through it patiently until they were confident enough to do it on their own. I would say I am the most proficient in the business uses of Microsoft 365 as I am using it daily.
Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Excel

I have used excel for many years first learning how to use it efficiently in college. I also learned a few tricks when I was interning at the company I work for now. Now that I am full time here I have even brought a few tricks of my own to the table in a full circle moment where the student becomes the teacher. A lot of the tasks that I used to do on paper (which is most of them) I now do on excel in a more organized and timely manner.
Real Estate

Real Estate

I have been working in real estate for almost two years now but my education and knowledge on the subject comes from even beyond that. At the University of Alabama I took classes on the basics of real estate and real estate finance along with elective courses in sales and entrepreneurship to go along with the minor. I used this knowledge to take my 60 hour pre-license course, pass the test on my first try, and take my 30 hour post license course to obtain my salesperson license in Alabama. I currently use this knowledge to help the company I am at in helping with the day-to-day aspects of managing properties and analyzing potential investment properties,
