I have taught 9th and 10th grade, and I have been teaching 7th grade for the last 8 years. My approach to educating a person is rooted in my college education classes. A student needs to hear the material, see someone use the material (examples), work together with someone on the material (guided practice), and finally use the material on his or her own. Using this method, I have been able to adequately educate about 120 students per year while attempting to monitor 30 students at one time.
