I am the owner and president of a business. This business currently services four ongoing clients and has serviced numerous costing and efficiency projects for various businesses ranging from manufacturing to lending companies. I am the Accounting Administrator for Huntsville Coca-cola, where I oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, our accounting clerk, our staff accountant, the IT department and the department we call the Trust Company, which acts as an on site bank.

QuickBooks

I currently run a business through QuickBooks Online. I am also the former Accountant for Marshall Precision Manufacturing, where I used QuickBooks Accountant for our company. I am experienced in reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable modules, purchase orders, payroll and general ledger entries within QuickBooks. I have also integrated QuickBooks and ShopTech software for route accounting and job costing in a manufacturing operation.
