Reading is a subject that either students love or really struggle with. Reading was yet another subject I disliked growing up, because I could not comprehend what I read and I got bored. I teach many different reading strategies that I would've really benefited from. These strategies make reading fun and also help students break apart what they are reading to help them understand it better.
Ever since I began writing, I have always been told that I have "teacher handwriting." I love to teach students how to make their writing look professional and neat. I also enjoy teaching cursive to students, especially so that they can write their signatures in the future.
