As an Instructional Aide with Appleton for the past year and as a peer-to-peer tutor sought by students and parents alike for my entire life, I've always had a zeal for learning and I take pleasure in facilitating the learning process for others. In my time as an aide with Appleton I've guided several students to higher performance in reading, writing, and math at various levels K-6, and one of my most gratifying accomplishments yet was helping a high school senior dramatically improve her test scores in Biochemistry such that she was able to graduate. I have been a public speaker in my local congregation since I was 8 years old and participated in and won the annual debate my junior year of high school.

I specialize in Reading and English at any level K-12 (I currently hold a score of 35/36 in Grammar and 29/36 in Reading on the ACT test), but also offer services in Math, Science, and History in levels K-12. If as a student you require assistance in Bible studies, paper proofreading, or public speaking/presentations, I offer tutoring in these as well. I offer free consultation meetings (by phone or in person) in which we can discuss your particular struggles and determine if we're a good fit. I am available on weekdays 3:30 pm - 9:30 pm (except Thursday on which I'm available 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm), and on weekends from 9 am to 9 pm. I'm very patient and have great confidence in my students regardless of their current performance. I will work persistently to help you reach your target performance. Depending on the needs of the student, I may offer brief homework assignments for practice. My current rate is $30 per hour.
