Hi! My name is Sarah. I've been instructing Geology 101 labs and lectures for nine years at three different universities. I strive to make complicated geology problems easy to understand in simplistic ways. I love geology and teaching geology and I would like for you to enjoy it too.

I have two masters in geology, one from the University of Notre Dame, the other from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. I recently completed a PhD at the University of Tennessee. Not only have I been teaching Geology 101 labs and lectures, I have also written and designed lecture materials and lab exercises. I have industry experience having worked as a wellsite geologist on oil drilling rigs. I
