I looked forward to every session with Diane. She tailored my sessions to help me prepare for a trip to Paris. We didn't waste time on irrelevant content. Diane is from Paris, so she gave me lots of insight into French culture, plus tips on what to do in Paris. I've studied French and other languages before, and Diane is the best of all!

Diane was a fantastic tutor. She is very knowledgeable about the requirements for the AP French Language and Culture exam, and was able to tailor her lessons and content exactly to my needs. She was timely, effective, provided cohesive, helpful feedback, and really made a difference in my conversational French skills. Beyond that, she was able to advise me on exactly how to structure writing, formal communications, emails, and other daily correspondence in French in a way that satisfied exam criteria. She provided me with helpful documents, extra practice prompts, and was always willing to go the extra mile to give material. I really appreciated all of her help with my AP French course.

I highly recommend Diane. I worked with Diane two times per month for several months. My main goal was to practice “hearing” and being able to understand spoken french and respond appropriately. In addition, we practiced grammar, built vocabulary, which she tailored to my level, while encouraging me to push myself. During instruction and homework review, she provided additional information on grammar, pronunciation, and when appropriate, french culture. I appreciated her warmth and engaging manner. She was always prompt, prepared, gave appropriate feedback and homework. I feel I made significant progress in the short time I have been with Diane. I will continue my sessions with Diane after the holidays.
