Hey! I’m Colin, and I have over ten years of professional, private tutoring experience at the college and high school levels. My genuine passion for tutoring and teaching young people has allowed me to have great success with my students in multiple subjects.

With over fifteen years working in the Health/Fitness and Nutrition industries, I began tutoring on staff for the Sam Houston State University Athletic Department in 2011. It was there that I helped student-athletes with core subjects such as English, History, Business, Psychology, etc. I also became the top tutor for Life Sciences and Business classes. I provided supplemental instruction to help student-athletes raise their grades for eligibility in Anatomy/Physiology, Biology, Biomechanics, Zoology, Accounting, Finance, and Economics.

In 2014, I was hired as a Staff Tutor at Front Range Community College in Fort Collins, CO. I assisted students in undergraduate core classes, and specifically, Financial Accounting.

Since moving to the Auburn/Opelika, AL area in 2016, I have continued to tutor privately and have worked extensively with the Auburn University student population as an Academic Strategist/Coach for the Auburn University Athletic Department. I truly enjoy the process of seeing my students maximize their full potential! In addition to tutoring content, I also have experience serving as an academic coach. Helping students with study skills, test-taking tactics, and time-management/organizational skills has been a key component in seeing my students succeed over the years!
