I am currently a senior at Auburn University pursuing a Finance degree with a Business Analytics minor. Throughout my academic career, I have consistently been on the Dean’s List, demonstrating my commitment to excellence and hard work. I’ve frequently been asked to assist my classmates over the past four semesters, providing support in various subjects. I enjoy helping others grasp difficult concepts, and I am always ready to lend a hand when classmates struggle.

I specialize in algebra, finance, probability, English, writing, history, and spelling, and I take pride in guiding students through challenging material. My tutoring philosophy revolves around the idea that each student is unique, so I take a personalized approach to meet their needs. I emphasize the importance of practice and encourage students to attempt the work on their own while offering guidance as needed. By doing so, I believe they gain confidence in their abilities. I also enjoy relating academic content to real-world situations, which can make learning more engaging and relevant. For younger students, I love creating stories that help make concepts easier to understand and remember.

In addition to my tutoring experience, I work at Chick-fil-A, where I’ve had the opportunity to lead and manage individuals of all age groups, further strengthening my ability to adapt and communicate effectively with people of all backgrounds. I’ve also babysat younger cousins and worked closely with older individuals, making me comfortable and experienced in interacting with diverse age groups. These experiences have equipped me with the patience and adaptability necessary to be an effective tutor.
