Only a few years back in High School, I was selected as a National Hispanic Recognition Scholar and awarded as an AP Scholar with Distinction, partly for my high performance with the AP Spanish Language and Culture Exam as well as the AP Spanish Literature exam, both of which tested my ability to apply communication and language skills developed in each respective course. Learning Spanish through traditional textbooks and online programs is always the first step, but ultimately, it's speaking with a native speaker that helps sharpen these language skills.
