In my tutoring sessions, I want my student to be successful. Working with each student lets you see how they approach a problem, attack the problem, and solve the problem. Once I am able to see it enables me to strengthen the skill/area being worked with.
I have taught Elementary Education for many years and understand the need for correct Grammar across the curriculum.
I have been teaching students with special needs for twenty four years. During this time I have developed plans to show the strengths and needs along working with distractions that may occur during a tutoring session. Again, watching the thought process allows an insight into how the student learns best.
