I’m about to start homeschooling my fifth grader after having to pull him out of school. I’m scrambling to come up with a curriculum that will keep him on track through the summer so he’s not behind when he returns to school in sixth grade. One of the areas I’m nervous about is science (also math) and was hoping to find someone to help me with a tutoring session once a week (and I’d supplement with additional sessions the other days). He’s interested in chemistry. We’d ideally like something during the day, since he has lots of afterschool activities that we’re hoping to not disrupt. We’d be looking to start at the beginning of April and go through the start of the next school year.

I am a junior. I have always been bad at math, but this year has been harder. My biggest area i want to fix is quizzes. When I go to take a quiz, I forget everything I've learned. I also want to grow and understand the skills without having to look at notes.
