My son is in 5th grade, and our main goal is to help him improve his English reading skills, along with some writing practice. If possible, I would love for him to spend about 10–15 minutes per session practicing basic Spanish. He is a beginner, so he would need help with simple vocabulary, pronunciation, and short translation exercises between English and Spanish, such as translating simple sentences or short paragraphs. Our priority is improving his English, while also giving him a little exposure to Spanish. Please let me know if this would fit into your tutoring sessions.

My 11th grade daughter needs help with a high honors class called Discrete math, analytic geometry & precalc. She’s a great student but this class/teacher is tough. Does this sounds like something you could help with? Her current unit is 3D graphs of conics. She’s looking for help before her test on wed, and ask for the rest of the year.

I'm planning to take the MCAT on May 7, 2027, and I'd like to start studying now! I'm essentially starting from scratch when it comes to MCAT preparation, so I'm hoping our first session could be an introduction to the exam and help me develop a structured study plan.
I'd love some guidance on where to begin, including:
- Diagnostic testing: Should I take a diagnostic exam first to identify my strengths and weaknesses and determine where to focus my time?
- Study schedule/log: I'd like to create an MCAT study log and a realistic timeline leading up to May 7, including how to allocate my study time across subjects.
- Resources: What books, question banks, or other materials should I purchase or use, particularly for content review?
- Study phases: My understanding is that MCAT preparation generally starts with content review and transitions into a practice-heavy phase. I'm thinking of focusing on content review from now through January/February, then dedicating the majority of my remaining time to practice questions and full-length exams. I'd love your input on whether this is a good approach.
I learn and retain information best through active recall, practice questions, and exam-style studying, so I'd especially like to incorporate those methods early on.
For our first session, my main goal is to leave with a clear understanding of how to get started, what resources I need, and a concrete plan for the next several months.

My daughter is a senior in HS. She is feeling a bit overwhelmed and confused in both Advanced calc AB, and AP Chemistry 2. Would you be willing to work with her approx 4 hours a week? Ideal would be two sessions a week, 2 hours each, in person. We can certainly fill gaps with some virtual sessions as well if needed, we are just eager to get in a routine with someone. Can you let us know if interested?
