Our son is a rising 2nd grader, and both he and his 1st grade teacher have indicated that he lacks the confidence in reading to every fully feel comfortable. We are hoping for a few times a week + recommended work outside of sessions to get him up to speed and ready for 2nd grade. Thank you!

My son has just completed his sophomore year at USC and will be entering his junior year this fall. He is on the pre-dental track and will be taking Organic Chemistry this semester.
Since the science courses he takes from this point forward will be critical to improving both his science GPA and his overall GPA, we believe this is the right time for him to receive guidance from an experienced tutor.

I’m looking for a strong homeschooling educator to work with my two sons, who are both in 5th grade. They are enrolled in an online private school curriculum and my goal is to find an educator who can strengthen their critical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on activities, meaningful discussions, and real-world applications of what they’re learning. I’d like someone who can make lessons engaging, encourage curiosity, and help them develop confidence as independent learners.
We’re looking for in-person sessions at our home and would love someone who can build a positive relationship with both boys.

I have a question about my upcoming ACCUPLACER test on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Will the test include multiple-choice questions only, or will there also be questions where I need to write explanations or complete written responses? Could you also let me know what subjects will be covered and if there are any study materials or practice questions you recommend? I want to be as prepared as possible for the test on Wednesday.
