My daughter is in 11th grade and is struggling with math. She has asked for a tutor to help her with what they are working on in class so she can get her grades up. She is also about to take SAT's and would love help there too. Do you have availability in person.

My name is Jenny, and I’m looking for an in-person tutor for my daughter, Anna. We are located in McLean.
Anna is currently in 2nd grade, with intermediate English. We are not preparing for any exams or SOL tests. Our main goal is to help her broaden her knowledge and interest in American history, through story-based, age-appropriate discussions fully in English.
We’re hoping for a gentle, engaging approach — focusing on historical stories, people, and everyday life rather than formal academics.
We would be happy to bring Anna to your home once a week if this is a good fit.
Please let me know if this sounds like something you’d be interested in, and I’d love to learn more about your teaching style.
Thank you so much for your time!
Best regards,
Jenny
