My son is a 9th grader taking Spanish. He’s bright and doing very well in his other subjects, but Spanish is his weakest subject. I’m looking for an in-person tutor with experience teaching high school Spanish who can work from his actual class materials, identify what he isn’t understanding, teach concepts that may not be clear from class, prepare him for quizzes/tests, and give him a small amount of independent work between sessions. I don’t want tutoring to replace his studying; it needs to supplement it.
