I’m interested in tutoring for my son who is in the 4th grade. We are testing waters to see about homeschooling. I’d love someone to teach him science, trees, insects, lava, etc. He does have dyslexia and a developmental delay but kind and loves learning.

My son needs help with ACT reading and English prep. We are out of town until March 21 and would like to start after that. He is taking the test in June. We live in Mendota Heights.

I live in Minneapolis. I’m interested in improving my English, especially speaking, grammar, and writing.
I would like to study for about 6 to 7 months and take lessons 3 to 4 days per week. My goal is to become more confident and fluent in English.
My budget is around $25 per hour.

I’m homeschooled and I’m self studying for AP English Literature and AP English Language. I namely need feedback for my essays and writing, but it’d also be nice to have help with analysing texts and general exam prep.
Also, would a tutor be able to do online sessions?

I’m interested in hiring a tutor for my daughter. She is 8 , in second grade, she is about a half grade behind in reading, it’s just not clicking for her, and she needs more tailored supports . Would love to talk further!

We have a 3rd grade daughter. While she is academically doing fine in comparison to her peers, her current writing abilities are behind where a third grader typically would be, specifically spelling, basic punctuation, and general ability to write more than a sentence.
My husband and I are interested in in-person tutoring sessions where she would receive help with these areas, along with homework in between sessions where we could reinforce the skills. We know simply buying a workbook and us trying to breakdown the "gnarliness" of the English language will not likely move the needle.
Her attitude towards learning and receiving instruction/correction is great. She just needs someone who knows how to teach the concepts to give her a boost now, before the skill gap further increases and becomes much harder to bridge.
