I am a college Biology professor, and I use English regularly for teaching, communicating with students and colleagues, and participating in meetings. I am comfortable using English in academic and professional settings, but I sometimes find it difficult to speak naturally and confidently in spontaneous conversations.
My main goal is to improve my conversational fluency and pronunciation and to sound more natural in both everyday and professional situations. I am especially looking for conversation-focused lessons with direct feedback on unnatural expressions, pronunciation, and recurring mistakes, rather than traditional grammar or writing instruction.
I am primarily interested in in-person lessons, preferably in a public place such as a cafe. Do you currently offer in-person tutoring? If so, I’d also love to know whether working with advanced English learners on conversational fluency is something you typically do.
Thank you!
Best,
Eunmi

My culture is italian but growing up here I never got to learn a lot of the language just small phrases and words but I’d love to learn more. I’m traveling back to Italy in about a month so I was hoping to gain more confidence speaking.
