I’m an undergraduate finance major at Baruch College, preparing for FIN 4610: Advanced Corporate Finance. The course covers topics such as capital structure, option valuation in the corporate context, M&A, short-term financing, liquidity management, and international corporate finance. I’d like help to deepen my understanding of these topics and be able to apply them in homework, exams and case discussions.

I’m looking for some help sharpening my financial modeling and technical skills. I’m currently preparing for near-term private equity interviews and realized that during my two years in investment banking, my focus was more on execution and deal work than on detailed technical modeling.
I’d love to work with someone who can help me refresh and deepen my understanding, especially around LBOs, three-statement models, and other core PE concepts.
