My roommate and I have been interested in learning Japanese for quite some time. With our schedules and learning styles we decided to look into private tutors to work with us both at once. We both have a very very rudimentary grasp on the language and culture and are looking for fluency in both reading and writing (kanji might be out of my grasp haha but I'm willing to try). We both would love to visit family that speaks Japanese by the end of the year or early next year and want to be comfortable communicating.

Hello, I am writing to inquire about English lessons for my son. My son is currently a fifth-grade elementary school student. He came to the United States from Korea in August of last year, so English is still new and unfamiliar to him. For this reason, we are looking for an English tutor.

I am a part-time student about to start my 15,000 word final dissertation for my MSc in Construction and Civil Engineering Management. I am also currently working full time as an assistant PM for an engineering contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area.
My dissertation is titled 'EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PROJECT DELIVERY MODELS IN WATER AND WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE: A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF PUBLIC PROJECTS IN CALIFORNIA', where I will be aiming to determine how do Design-Bid-Build, Progressive Design-Build, and Design-Build-Operate influence project outcomes in California water and wastewater infrastructure, considering cost performance, schedule performance, risk allocation, collaboration quality, and sustainability outcomes. I have also attached a copy of my full dissertation proposal if you would like to skim through it.
I would to engage with a tutor such as yourself to guide and help me through this process between now and the hand-in date which is late April 2026. As I said I work full-time, sometimes 55/60+ hours per week so I would only be looking to virtually meet once per week. I can do evenings or weekends, whichever suits you best.
I just wanted to know what is your experience in this area of CM/PM and is this something you could help me with? Extensive experience in dissertation/thesis writing would also be a big plus as this will be my first one.
