I'm looking for a robotics tutor and for a LEGO SPIKE coding tutor for my 9 year old son. He's doing a First Lego league robotics competition for the first time, as the youngest and least experienced person on his team. He has taken 2 robotics classes and has done Scratch coding for several years.
I'm looking for someone to work with him twice a week throughout the summer in one hour sessions each time (at a reasonable hourly rate). It will be great summer side gig for someone who communicates clearly, knows how to keep things fun and intellectually engaging, and has experience with kids.
I'd like for the tutoring to start the week of June 21st.

I’m preparing for the NYC UA Local 1 Plumbers Apprenticeship aptitude test. My goal is to become comfortable with trade-related math, reading comprehension, and mechanical/spatial reasoning with a tutor who has experience helping adult learners prepare for union apprenticeship or skilled-trade entrance exams. I haven’t used much math in years, so I want to focus on the fundamentals that are commonly tested on apprenticeship exams.
