I’m reaching out to find a reading tutor for my son.
He is in the 4th grade, but he is currently reading closer to a 2nd grade level, and fluency is still a challenge.
We are looking for someone who can help him:
Build confidence in reading
Learn and retain letter sounds and phonics patterns
Strengthen sight word recognition
Improve overall reading fluency and literacy
Our hope is to find a tutor who can meet with him consistently 2–3 times per week.

I have a nine year old boy, third grader I’m seeking some assistance with. We have a tutor set for his reading but not so much for math. I would love to learn more about tutoring, including your approach and current availability.
Thank you.

My goal is to help my son move from “doing fine” to consistently averaging an A, especially by strengthening his writing, spelling, and math, which are currently his weakest areas. He’s capable and motivated; what we’re really looking for is challenge, confidence, and momentum, not just homework help.
