I have a daughter who is in the 5th grade. She has struggled with math her entire school life. She doesn’t believe she can do it even though I’m constantly coaching her to believe in herself. I think one on one tutoring would be better for her.

I am looking for a math tutor for my 10yr old twins that are in 4th grade. I'm guessing this is the newer Common Core style systems that I've heard about, and they seem way more complicated than they need to be. Consequently, I'm at a loss for how to help them. Looking for in-home tutoring once per week.

I’m a graduate student currently studying robotics using the textbook “A Mathematical Introduction to Robotic Manipulation” by Murray, Li & Sastry (1994).
I would like to schedule a one-hour trial tutoring session focused on Chapter 2 – Rigid Body Motion.
My learning goals for this session are:
1.To clearly understand what defines a rigid body and a rigid motion.
2.Learn how rotation matrices and homogeneous transformation matrices represent orientation and position.
3.Understand exponential coordinates, twists, and screws in a simple, intuitive way.
4.Practice basic examples from the textbook and see how these ideas connect to robot arm kinematics.
I prefer an interactive approach where I can share my PDF (Murray-Li-Sastry) and work through equations line-by-line in simple terms.
I’m looking for a one-hour pay-per-session, not a long-term membership — if it goes well, I’ll continue weekly.
