Recently started a new internship that requires the use of Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD but it’s primarily inventor. I never used Inventor before and started to practice on my own.
However, I’m realizing I’m still in-experienced towards using the program and catch my self doing methods in a non-professional approach.
Every design I’ve tried with schematics ends up looking fine at the end but the main issue is the dimensions most likely won’t perfectly align with the actual schematic. Which is crucial for my job.
It’s an electrical company that designs electrical systems like switchboards, panels, busbars etc.

I am looking to start weekly or biweekly vocal lessons with an experienced coach. I am a casual singer who grew up singing in choirs and have only taken virtual singing lessons as an adult during the pandemic. Really interested in getting back into the swing of things and learning new skills in person.
Would love to know if a tutor is available to coach and where coaching is located.

I'm starting a new role as a Property Administrator and need to sharpen my Excel skills for this role. The role involves managing lease files, tracking work orders, and assisting with monthly financial reporting and annual budgets.
I'd like to focus our session(s) on these excel functions:
Vlookup/xlookup, and index-match for retrieving tenant and lease data.
Sumifs and Countifs for tracking work orders and expenses
Piviotables - used to instantly count vacant vs occupied units and montly income
Pontentially- npv, irr, and pmt for property budgeting and cash flow analysis
Are you available to help me prepare for these specific tasks?
