I have a 6 yr old son who is having some challenges with grasping reading. He is in 1st grade and shares he is ‘falling behind’ which results in him not liking school as much. I’m reading with him nightly and working with him on sounds, blends, strong and soft vowels sounds, etc. He just does not seem to grasp it. My sister is a teacher (unfortunately not local) and I shared some of his spelling tests and school work with her and she recommended the Ortin-Dillingham or Susan Barton approach. He’s very kinesetic and she shared this would be a great path to look into.

I am looking for an in-person DaVinci Resolve tutor. I am currently a beginner and want to learn the software through a structured, progressive approach—starting from core fundamentals and building up toward advanced techniques. My immediate practical needs involve audio editing/mixing and color grading, my long-term goal is to understand the complete post-production pipeline (project setup, edit, color, Fairlight audio, and delivery).
