I am a recent graduate from the University of California in Santa Cruz with a Bachelor's degree in psychology. Since high school, I have tutored students in a variety of subjects -- including algebra, geometry, elementary Japanese, and HTML -- and I have aided students with improving their writing skills.
My educational background includes an intensive concentration that emphasized additional coursework and research experience. As such, I have completed advanced courses in research methods, statistics, and data analysis in addition to undertaking a senior thesis project. As a budding psychology researcher, I am especially skilled in writing scientific papers, but I have also helped history students write their history papers.
I am attentive to details, thorough, and well-organized. As a person who has faced various forms of discrimination, I am cognizant of and sensitive to individual differences.
