  • Algebra Tutoring

    Ruby arrived to our house on time for my child's first tutoring lesson in Algebra. Going over the CUNY entrance exam algebra Ruby explained how to do the mathematical problems, showed some shortcuts to help him remember. Ruby even bought over her own examples to help him practice. After the tutoring session my son called me to tell me that Ruby made the math seem so much more easier and she knew what she was doing. He even commented that she was 100% better than other tutors we have dealt with in the past. Ruby did leave feedback and when I called her to see how the lesson went she gave us some suggestions as to what my son should practice. I have called her for a second tutoring session which is going great. I would most definitely recommend this tutor for math needs. She is very personable, makes learning easy, gives practice work and more and most needed is the patience to teach which she has. I will be keeping her in mind for all of my child's math needs and I would recommend her to any of my friends with children that need math help. And lastly when you call her or e-mail her she returns the telephone calls back promptly.
