Try the rule for adding exponents when multiplying terms:

x=(1000000000000000000001)^20

x^2+x =[(1000000000000000000001)^20]*[(1000000000000000000001)^20] +

(1000000000000000000001)^20

= {(1000000000000000000001)^40} + (1000000000000000000001)^20
