Gabriela definitely has wisdom of utilizing quickbooks applications, thoroughly in & out, but is also a great teacher that relayed the knowledge to me. During our hour, she not only resolved my issues and helped me to clean up my accounts, but she demonstrated to me in a practical fashion on how to improve my navigation within QB and even quizzed me a bit throughout. She started by teaching, then checked in to see if I was absorbing it, then refreshed me when needed. She always kept a positive attitude, was patient with my novice skills, and I felt she genuinely wanted to teach me.
